Set your food lifestyle once. Match with people who already get it.
Create your free profile“You checked the menu before you agreed to the restaurant.”
“A date pushed dessert like it was a test of how fun you are.”
“You've explained your food choices more than you've talked about anything else.”
See how your food lifestyles line up before you swipe — diet alignment, flexibility, dealbreakers, and cooking habits all scored.
Set your non-negotiables. Alcohol rules filter before you see the deck. So do allergens, no animal products, kosher only, halal only, no pork, and no gluten, if you're strict about them. The rest show on your profile.
After matching, the app suggests 3 date ideas that work for both of you — places with options you'll both enjoy, or a cook-at-home night.
Do I have to put this on my profile?
Only if you want to. The Diabetic tag is opt-in, we tell you exactly what it does before you add it, and you can remove it anytime by re-running onboarding and deselecting it.
What if my match eats differently than I do?
Your flexibility score covers that. You choose whether you want someone on the same page about food or you're fine with differences.
Can I still match with people on other diets?
Yes. You're scored against people on each of the other diets on the app's list. Mediterranean, keto, and macro-tracking profiles often line up well.
Can I keep my non-negotiables private?
Not today. There is no separate privacy switch; your non-negotiables show on your profile. The Diabetic tag itself stays opt-in.
Is it free?
Free to create a profile, take the compatibility quiz, and chat with mutual matches. Premium features available.
Is this app only in certain cities?
Date Your Diet is live and free to join anywhere in the U.S. We're growing city by city, so your nearby match pool may be small at first — joining now puts you first in line as your area grows.
